This single-storey house can accommodate up to 6 people and is fully equipped so that you can enjoy your stay with complete peace of mind.
With its sunny, enclosed garden, this house is the ideal place to get together with family or friends!
The main entrance to the house is via the conservatory, where you can enjoy a living room area, before arriving in a vast hallway leading to a second pleasant, bright living room, equipped with a sofa, coffee table, TV, WiFi, pellet stove and a dining area with a high table and stools for enjoying a good meal. The living area opens directly onto the garden and a lovely wooden terrace.
An adjoining fully-equipped kitchen with a utility room: kettle, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine (filters), etc. There is also a freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility room.
At night, you will find a first bedroom with a 180cm bed, equipped with bedside tables, cupboard, chest of drawers and TV, a second bedroom with a 160cm bed, bedside tables, cupboard and small desk, and finally a third ‘children's’ bedroom with two 90cm bunk beds, two desks, a wardrobe and a table football.
Finally, there is a bathroom equipped with a shower cubicle, a bath, two washbasins with storage units, a hairdryer and a towel rail. Separate WC.
You will enjoy a garden with a wooden terrace, ideally situated at the back of the house, quiet and fully enclosed. Perfect for relaxing after a day on the beach or enjoying a barbecue on a warm summer's evening!
